Ingredients
- 1 Green Pepper
- 4 Tomato
- 8 Boiled Potato Small
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas boiled
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
- Pinch of hing
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves(dhania)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Water upto 2 cups, divided
Directions
1. Cut all the vegetables in small cubes except onions. Put all the vegies in a pressure cooker. Add pinch of salt and turmeric. Pressure cook it for about 3 to 4 whistle. (Note: do not put lot of water)
2. Take a pan add oil and 2 tsp of butter add chopped onions. Let the onion turn translucent brown color and then add garlic-ginger paste.
3. Add to the pan 3 tsp of Chilli Powder, 3 tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala. Add the boiled veggies and keep mashing and mixing till the vegetables lose their identity! Add water if needed.
5. Add 1 tbsp of butter to this while cooking. Cook for about 10 to 15 min on medium flame.
6. Finally add the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
7. Serve it hot with butter toasted pav and chopped onions on the top. Enjoy!!
