Ingredients
For chutney
- 1 kairi or raw mango
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 asafoetida
Directions
- Grate onions and raw mango.
- Mix grated onions, raw mango, salt and sugar well.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds and asafoetida.
- Turn the heat off and add the mixture made above. Make sure do not cook the onions and mango.
- Chutney is ready to serve.
